How We Plan Your Trip

Every trip starts with a conversation by phone or Zoom. We talk through who's traveling, when, your budget, and what a great trip looks like to you. Then we put together a first concept: where to go, how long to stay, and the kind of places that fit your style.

Curate & Refine
We draw on our own travels and partner relationships to recommend hotels, guides, and experiences we trust. You'll see clear options with the "why" behind each one, and we keep refining until it feels just right.

Book & Coordinate
Once you approve the plan, we lock it in: accommodations, flights, transfers, private guides, reservations, and those preferred-partner perks. Everything comes together in one easy-to-read itinerary, with payment dates and deadlines laid out clearly.

Travel & Support
Before you go, you'll have your final documents and destination tips. While you travel, you have our team plus 24/7 support. And when you're home, we want to hear everything, including where you want to go next.

Destination Days specializes in curated, personalized travel. While many of our trips include luxury properties and elevated experiences, the focus is always on creating the right fit for your needs, preferences, and occasion.
Does it cost more to book with you?
In most cases, no. Hotel rates are typically the same as booking direct, and you get our partner perks on top.
Are planning fees required?
Planning fees may apply depending on the complexity of the trip. If a fee is required, it will be discussed clearly before the planning process begins. Hotel-only or cruise-only bookings do not have planning fees.
